Tariff for Open and Closed Areas

A) Investment Area Treasury land rental unit (m2) price is 2, 66 USD/year in the year 2016 for the investment areas.

This price can be increased by 10 % every year, by General Directorate of Free Zones. It has been increased only three times since the opening date (1987).

 

B) Open Storage Area Open storage area rental unit (m2) price is 1,00 USD/ month.

 

CLOSED AREA RENT TARIFFS:

After 01/01/2008 date, closed areas that has been transferred to the Treasury and those that will be transferred are rented by MESBAŞ in accordance to Free Zones Governing Regulation article 46/c, parcel and building costs will be dealt separately and the below tariff will applied;

Special Service Buildings

     

In accordance to the building's functions,
the work that the Free Zone Directorate and the
Operator Company will make has to be requested
and must receive approval from the Free Zone General Directorate.

Gas Station, Scales, Mechanic
Maintenance Workshop etc. Buildings.)

 
                                       

 

* Building + Tank Farm Entities, charges belonging to the buildings will be charged in accordance to above tariff table.

Physical Storages belonging to Tank Farm Entities, about the detection of technical specifications and classification

will be approved and charged in a tariff with the technical report from an expert and the approval of the Free

Zone General Directorate.

* Mechanical parks and areas without upper structures receive tariffs from the Free Zone General Directorate.

 

RENT TARIFFS OF UPPER STRUCTURES THAT TRANSFERED TO THE TREASURY, HOWEVER HAS

RENTERS WITHIN THESE STRUCTURES

- Agreements, with its current status are renewed until the end of the year by MESBAŞ.

- In new rent periods, agreements for closed areas are conducted according to tariff table above

- Agreement rent periods: 3 — 6 — 9 — 12 month or periodical stages will be created.
